Apartment La Corte Rurale with Hot Tub

Welcome to La Corte Rurale, a cosy apartment located in one of the five historic rural courtyards of Lucca, in the San Concordio district. The location is strategic, in an area equipped with all services, and the historic centre is easily reachable on foot. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via a gate on the street, a private path, and external stairs with a stairlift. At the top of the stairs, you are welcomed by a private covered terrace, ideal for relaxing, with a hot tub, dining table, and a lounge area with a small sofa. Inside, you will find a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a single sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, complete bathroom, and washing machine. The apartment is air-conditioned with two units, one in the living room and one in the double bedroom, to ensure comfort in every season. In winter, there are also radiators in all rooms. Private parking is not available, but in front of the entrance there is a large free public car park; along the main road, paid parking spaces are also available. We offer self check-in via a key box outside the house for maximum flexibility.



The terrace is covered and closed with PVC curtains that can be opened; it is therefore not a sun terrace. The apartment is close to a busy road, but remains quiet thanks to the windows. You are requested to respect quiet hours as indicated in the house rules to avoid disturbing the neighbourhood.

Pets are allowed for an extra fee.
