Casa Cortese in Center Town

Casa Cortese is a very bright apartment located on the third floor of a historic building without a lift, situated in a very central area, just a few steps from the beautiful Piazza San Michele. It is furnished with great taste with modern furniture and has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a 140 cm wide double bed, we also find a mezzanine with a futon-type sofa bed from one and a half places. It can accommodate up to 4 people, develops over an area of about 110 m² and is equipped with a washing machine, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning, 1 Television. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, plates and bowls. The location is very quiet and peaceful and from the windows you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city rooftops. The apartment has no lift and it is necessary to climb about 70 steps. It is located in a pedestrian area and cannot be reached by car but only by taxi. The nearest parking is in Corso Garibaldi or outside the walls at the free parking lot Alle Tagliate.

Adorable and conveniently located

This place is so cute. And lots of space. It is located in the center of Lucca, making it easy to access everything by walking. My only complaint is that they only provided one roll of toilet paper and did not let us know. I don’t mind that we needed to buy some, but we did not figure that out until stores were not open. Other than that the place was amazing.
