Lovely apartment in villa with pool, WIFI, TV, patio, pets allowed and parking, close to Lucca

Conveniently located 790 m (2587 ft) from Mastiano, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca. Property Villa Dante is a nice stone building that includes pool and WiFi internet. The villa / farmhouse / home has been divided into a total of three independent apartments. The property can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably in eight bedrooms with seven bathrooms.

There is a group of four houses in the property , but only 3 of them are managed by us.

Small farmhouse on two floors inside the farm "Dante" of about 65sqm. with equipped area for outdoor dining with barbecue.
On the ground floor: arbor; entrance; living / dining room with TV; kitchen with four burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower (toilet / bidet);
On the first floor with access via wooden stairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds with private bathroom with shower (toilet / bidet).
Comfortable furnishings. In the basement: laundry in common with "Dante 2" with external access.
