"This property is well located on the hip strip. It is a property in transition. The restaurant and pool are closed; not sure if they are going to open. Security is good. Lots of stuff to see and do nearby. The Doctor’s Cave beach and a Starbucks are across the street but the beach requires a fee for admission and an extra fee if you want a beach chair and umbrella."

"Court Manor #3 has the potential to be an excellent holiday residence, unfortunately we were very disappointed and will never rent here again. Pictures on line and premises 2 totally different situations. "The room was horrible it was dirty the air half worked, the stove was rusty no way could anyone cook on it.The ceiling tile was filthy and in areas it leaked.There was no daily house keeping,there was huge roaches in the room the sliding door was broken we barley could use the balcony,the box springs on the beds were dry rotten.. The fabric litterly was falling off of the box springs.No tea and coffee maker..as promised the tub would not drain properly, the was were dirty... But I had fun...
