"Staff,facility was all great"

"Food and drinks were very mediocre. À la carte restaurants promise to accommodate dietary needs but except for one there was nothing available. Restaurant staff could be more helpful. Spa terrible. I have been to other palladium properties the spa was awful. Promised 80min treatment but finished way early. And the treatment was also not what was discussed!! Drinks were all watered down!"

"The cove was wonderful"

"This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wabi Sabi Villa in Lucea, Jamaica, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This villa offers everything you could ask for in a private retreat, including a stunning private pool and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The all-inclusive package with a personal chef made our stay even more special, as we were treated to delicious meals in the comfort of our own villa. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and any issues we encountered were promptly addressed...

"Amazing book platinum you’ll have the best of the best !"

"Amazing property very beautiful and clean. There was confusion with the restaurants as you get 4 on property but the rest are on the Senses Side which you need to pay extra 30$ USD for. They also close one restaurant every day. The pools also close really early at 6pm, thankfully we had booked the swim out. The food was good and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Depending on your vacation reason I’d definitely pay the extra money to stay on the adult only side if you’re traveling alone...

"Twitter was the BEST host! All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Mr. Jarrett (The GM) made our stay awesome!"

"The customer service and staff were excellent! Book your stay you won’t be disappointed."

"Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

"ONE OF THE BEST VACATIONS! Everything was truly amazing. The property was beautiful and the staff were so lovely. We would book with Roundhill again in a heartbeat."
