Property is really run down. The lobby had water leaking through the ceiling through a light fixture. Tiles are chipped throughout the property. The seating in the restaurants are filthy. Down to 2 toilets in Infinity ladies restroom. We started out in room 3212. The door/frame gapped when closed which is where I'm assuming this huge cockroach came through. It was moving so fast I initially thought it was a mouse. Had us standing on the bed screaming at 2am. We were told with Signature Level if you couldn't make app dinner reservations, the concierge had reservations spots set aside. None in app nor with concierge. So we just walked in to the steak restaurant and one or two tables being used so we were seated right away. Next we asked about the Indian restaurant. Nothing available. We walked right in to a completely empty restaurant. So was the concierge lying? App broken? All of the fun and games with the POP entertainment team during daytime are gone. The Jamaican show: trash. For a whole week we were told the hotel had no ginger to make the drink heart of Jamaica. Weird since I would think it's used in the food. In the Infinity bar area, I asked a waitress for a drink. She walked me to the bar so I could give the guys behind the bar my order and she went back to enjoying the music. Another waitress was dancing with the customers too. Need more Infinity area seats. Another roach in Signature lounge saw us off on last day. 2nd visit this year. Been coming since opened.
