"We booked a room with balcony and view of ocean. Room was spacious but the carpet was old and had a few stains, the bathroom was nice and clean. However, they did not clean our room nor changed the sheets on the second day. On the morning of our third day, I wrote an email requesting them to vacuum and change sheets, it didn’t happen so the hotel moved us to a different room. Which was nice of them .
