"Clean room, room service was good, breakfast was regular hotel breakfast but good, I didn’t get to try the complementary dinner cause of the hours they open it for but that in itself was so cool to me, room was nice, not new, but nice. Very close to everything, plus in a way better area than most hotels in Jackson. No heavy weed or must smells, it was clean. This was a great stay at a fair price"

"Our air conditioner was leaking water & caused damage to my luggage that I placed near by. It may have been a poor window seal because it rained every day of our stay "

"Would have been nice if the bar in the hotel was open on the weekend. Also did not appreciate being hurried to check out by staff when my reservation checkout time was 12:00 pm and not 11:00 am. The front desk told me checkout was 11:00 but it was not my fault that the new time was not communicated to me."

"The only good thing regarding our stay was security walked us from the parking lot to the hotel’s doors. They gave us a handicapped room ( in which I did not reserve or asked for). The pool was supposedly closed off because the pumps were messed up. The middle elevator got stuck on the 7th floor. No parking space….This was the worse Hilton hotel that I’ve EVER stayed in…. Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again."

"The manager at the front desk, as well as the two other front desk workers I talked with were the absolute best! We had issues with the AC in our room and they were so helpful. The rooms were perfect size, clean, well stocked with things we could use in the kitchen. The gym was clean and well maintained. The pantry was well priced and well stocked. It was a lovely experience!!"

"The toilet was filthy and hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom fan did not work. Just a hole in the ceiling. The room was extremely small and we had trouble moving around in it and there was just two of us."

"Very clean room. We arrived late and had to call the number to let us in. The desk clerk was doing other things and we almost called Hotels.com to cancel, but she saw us. Beds were not comfortable…hardest ones I’ve been on in a while. We also were not given shampoo. First hotel I’ve ever been to that didn’t have shampoo. Staff was very friendly. Simple hotel…more designed for extended stay. But overall ok experience."

"The breakfast was not the best, eggs were very watery, not much of a selection either. My room was not clean, there was hair all over the dresser and on the floor actually hairballs as though it had never been swept. Coffee station was a mess....toilet paper rack and a rail in the shower was loose. It just wasn't up to Wyndham standards in my opinion. Also I don't know if the staff was just tired or what but were not very friendly. "
