"I did not enjoy my stay here, in terms of the room. The mattress was missing and I was forced to sleep on a box spring only. The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! "We stayed at the property for a family event taking place in Greenwich, the location was convenient for us and it was reasonably priced compared with most other options. It was super clean, we found fresh linen and towels.The only confusion with check in was the key box. It is not on the front of the building but to the side. However communication with the host was quick so easily resolved. We thank you for the stay! "
