"Kathrin was so helpful and kind! I brought my aunt and uncle and the 1 bedroom suite was perfect - the sofa bed was super comfortable for me, and I’m a picky tall gal! Literally the only wish would’ve been for feather pillows (comforter was down), but we also didn’t inquire. The offer was there to dial in bed stiffness, which we didn’t need. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh! And espresso drinks on offer as well"

"Room was nice and clean, but would have preferred a double bed over two singles, but that was not available at time of check-in. Nice pool and wellness area. Decent breakfast. Parking in the underground car park was convenient, but charged separately."

"Great reception staff. Always helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the Old Town. The hotel is always clean. My room was, perhaps, a bit basic but it was very clean, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. When I next come to Lübeck I will certainly stay at this hotel."

"we really enjoyed staying here, we paid for an upgraded room with its own living room and bedroom, and it was very nice. The only thing we didn't like is the chimney smoke came into our bedroom from the fireplace they have in the hotel so we couldn't have the window open part of the time, but it wasn't a huge problem,and our view was nonexistent as it was just looking out over the top of the hotel roof. Also if you're staying facing the street, it is very loud with traffic at night to sleep if you need to open the window to get air. They provided a fan that we tried to run, but it was so loud. It made it almost worse lol. the breakfast was completely amazing, just about the best I've ever seen. Parking was expensive but you are right by the city center, so it's worth it."

"What a fantastic find, perfect location, right by the Train Station and 10 min walk to the Holsten Gate. Everything we needed. Also loved the fact we could stream movies from our phone onto the TV. "
