For the price it was a good deal..My room although it smelt good ( which is important to me) was somewhat outdated....the 1st night I was awakened by police out in parking lot trying to calm a loud person who was screaming at another , they were on the roof above my room at one point. I mentioned it to the owners in the morning thinking that they'd maybe give me a credit or something for the inconvenience but they offered nothing.

This is a great place to stay for enjoying Ludington. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. One block from the beach, one block from the downtown shops. Quiet and cozy, this is my go to stay for Ludington.

Pictures posted online of the property are not even close to what is available. We went to the office to notify our bathroom sink is clogged… response was no, i checked it last night, not addressed, still clogged when we left. Nothing like spitting toothpaste in the toilet. Only toiletries in the room was conditioner. Only coffee in the room was 1 decaf and plastic glasses. Enough said.
