Very nice, clean place. Staff was very friendly and the food was excellent!!

The rooms are separate from the other areas of the pub which make them very quiet. Each room has its own HVAC which allows for individual room temperature and comfort. The food was very good and the service was excellent. It’s convenient to Leominster that boasts an hour of free parking next to the central shopping area.

The large historic house is very beautiful and has a very interesting history that the hosts are happy to share with guests. The accommodations were very nice and comfortable and the cook to order breakfast was delicious! We would love to stay again!

Great

The best staff! Very welcoming and helpful. Everything was easy and we had a wonderful breakfast each morning. Gorgeous views and grounds!

The property is old, but pretty well kept. The bar and dining were very good, and the attention of the staff was excellent. I do wish the wifi would have been stronger, as I couldn't use it from my room, and had to go downstairs to use it.

One night for business. No problems . Need crispy bacon for americans

I’ve now stayed at this hotel a few times. It is a very nice comfortable hotel convenient for my needs. Restaurant and staff very pleasant. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. I would be remiss if I did not thank Tom, Josh and Angela in the bar area for their...

Fantastic staff, nothing too much trouble

Beautiful building and location

I had no idea you had to pay too use the swimming pool and the spa £10 pp that’s per day omg ,

We had a great stay! What stood out: clean rooms - we had two (spotless), staff were so curteous and pleasant, beds and pillows conforatable, nice walk in hot shower, heating in the rooms was perfect, amenities like the breakfast was wonderful and the parking was useable, although we used the public car park as not to be parked in. Thanks to the front desk manager we put extra time in the metre overnight because the traffic warden is out there before 8 o'colck!

It was great overnight stop, to visit family.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. The property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, with lovely surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. It was out of town, but close enough to easily visit the main attractions, while being far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. The chalet had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone...

Lovely property. Top quality furnishings and well thought out. The large walk-in shower with rain shower head was wonderful. The space was well laid-out and beautifully designed. It felt like a home. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, and in walking distance of the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing staff. Probably the best hotel staff I have ever interacted with! Will be back!
