Room was clean and well stocked minus a tissue box. The staff are always polite and helpful. The grounds and parking lot are clean except for the corner across the parking lot across from the lobby which always seems to collect trash.

Staff are always friendly, and rooms/property in reasonable condition. Property around the buildings is not kept clean: there is litter everywhere in the parking lot and landscaped areas.

Definitely an older hotel, rooms are very very small, shower is very small. Vinyl flooring through the room it was sticky when we first checked in the room overall smelled clean like a bleach smell, but the rooms are just old and kind of ran down.

Facilities/buildings could have been cleaner, but were not filthy. Not sure my floor had been swept before I arrived... A bell at the front desk would also be appreciated, as there was no way to get help other than waiting or yelling until someone arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however.

Checked into my room, when I walked in, there was a string chemical smell. Then, after laying in bed for a while, watching a show on my phone, a roach crawled on the bed next to me. Called the front desk. She switched me to another room, saying, "But, it's non- smoking". I told her the first one was supposed to be and she said it wasn't bc my reservation was for smoking. I double-checked, wrong. I reserved non-smoking in the first place. Then, the top security lock was broken on the door so I slept with my gun under my pillow.
