"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. "We love this Hotel and it is the only one we book when visiting Baden Baden (one of our favourite towns in Germany). Really close to the restaurants and shops. We also love a visit to the Lichtentaler Allee which are lovely, peaceful and well tended gardens. The hotel itself is really lovely. Our room was really spacious and had a nice KS bed with fresh linen. Breakfast was really lovely too."
