"This hotel is comfortable and friendly. Conveniently, there are all meals available with a lovely restaurant and a beautiful garden patio to sit outside. It's also located so you can walk in all directions to tourist sites, shopping, and eateries.
I didn't have the right electrical converter and asked the front desk if they had one. They tried but could not find one. They did suggest a nearby shop where I could buy one. The shop would be closed at that time, so I sat down for a glass of wine at the bar. Talking to the bartender, I said I needed a converter. Well, he had one at the bar he would lend to me. Wonderful! And then, the next day, housekeeping also dropped one off. The front desk did not let go of my want; each and every person I talked to worked on my issue. That was so nice!"
