"Perfect location, close to a lot nice places and beaches and most important airport. You get to hear the beautiful sound of the coqui, even tho we had our towels, the one they provide for the beach came handy as it rain and ours got wet so we have a back up. If you need anything the property manager will reply right away.

And not to mention both restaurants at the hotel served the most delicious food and drinks we had our entire trip. The Pueblo a huge grocery store gave us a chance to experience and compare shopping between Texas and Puerto Rico. "We loved the neighborhood with proximity to the beach (hotel provides beach chair vouchers), restaurants, grocery store, etc. Rooms were large, kitchenette well-equipped and free laundry a nice bonus. Helpful, friendly staff. Upper floors are better for ocean views, but alert: 8th floor has solid-wall balconies rather than see-through. A small drawback in a wonderful week in Isla Verde."

"We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio"
