"Staff worked very diligently to check us early after a cruise disembarking. We were able to stow our luggage and explore the area while we waited. The Pueblo a huge grocery store gave us a chance to experience and compare shopping between Texas and Puerto Rico. Overall nice location due to nearby restaurants, beach, shopping and proximity to airport. "

"We loved the neighborhood with proximity to the beach (hotel provides beach chair vouchers), restaurants, grocery store, etc. Rooms were large, kitchenette well-equipped and free laundry a nice bonus. Helpful, friendly staff. Upper floors are better for ocean views, but alert: 8th floor has solid-wall balconies rather than see-through. A small drawback in a wonderful week in Isla Verde."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. This is our 3rd time back. There is one staff member we look forward to seeing every year and that's Fernando at the pool. He has such high energy and a free spirit that it's always fun down by the pool.

"Yes, the room was clean and staff at the condo were always attentive to our needs and were very helpful. The area was close to everything. I could walk to eat, or check out bars, go souvenir shopping, ect. The beach is a minute away. You walk outside and make a left...you're on the beach! Love, love, loved my stay."

"We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio"

"The condo was spacious (separate bedroom with comfortable bed, separate living room with TV and dining set, 2 a/c’s, fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom) with all amenities. The pool was great. The security was exceptional. Has 1 free/inclued parking (gated, covered, assigned space) which is a must in San Juan. The location is perfect: few steps from the beach, close to groceries and restaurants. Will definitely stay again. "
