"Staff worked very diligently to check us early after a cruise disembarking. We were able to stow our luggage and explore the area while we waited. The Pueblo a huge grocery store gave us a chance to experience and compare shopping between Texas and Puerto Rico. "We loved the neighborhood with proximity to the beach (hotel provides beach chair vouchers), restaurants, grocery store, etc. Rooms were large, kitchenette well-equipped and free laundry a nice bonus. Helpful, friendly staff. Upper floors are better for ocean views, but alert: 8th floor has solid-wall balconies rather than see-through. A small drawback in a wonderful week in Isla Verde."
