"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

Honestly, probably the nicest place we stayed at in Italy! Located right downtown in Como- easy to walk to ahopping, dinner, the boat rides (if you do that), and the train car. Absolutely lovely."

"We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!"

"Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. Very clean.. would recommend especially if you r travelling by car. Wi fi is a dog. The aircon is a challenge, possibly some instruction on how to use it. "The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. The terrace was a nice place to sit and play games as a family. Breakfast was generous and staff were very friendly. "

"The hotel was very modern, hip and clean. I was amazed at the high level of service I received from the managers, Davide and his wife. The service was at the level of a 5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet and casual cafe/wine bar made it nice to stay in. I found the value was great for such a moderate prlce. I look forward to staying again. "
