"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

The location is the best as it is centrally located and even more within a few steps (literally) of several great restaurants, wine bar and the water area. My wife and I just loved our visit and will definitely reserve this apartment for our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Such a nice place. We have stayed in many short-term rentals and this one by far was one of the best. So clean, wonderful hosts and the attention to detail on their furnishings and what they provided was fantastic. We didn’t cook much except breakfast. The road outside is a bit busy so bring earplugs, but location and the beauty made you forget."

"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. "Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. They sent us a list of recommended restaurants in the area, they also came to pick us up from the ferry, to drop off our luggage in the apartment before the check in time while it was being cleaned, and took us back to the ferry when they knew we wanted to explore Varenna...
