  • Cocoonr offers this charming 37 m² air-conditioned flat with sea and garden views for rent in Sant Ambroggio, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 90 m² garden with two terraces. We're waiting for you!

    The north-west-facing flat is composed as follows:
    - A 19 m² living room with TV, Wifi included, double sofa bed (140×200)
    - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
    - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200).
    - A bathroom with walk-in shower and insulated WC.

    Outside:
    - An enclosed, north-west-facing garden of approx. 90 m² and two terraces totalling approx. 18 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

    The flat is ideally located in Sant Ambroggio, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, within a house comprising 4 flats. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

    Activities :
    - The beach and marina are around 10 to 15 minutes' walk away.
    - Visit Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, the musical village of Pigna...
    - Boat hire, diving, fishing, walks, mountain hiking, visits to typical villages, Bonifatu forest...
    - Events : Calvi on the rocks at the end of June and beginning of July, Corsican polyphonic singing in Calvi and Pigna...

    Transport :
    - You can park directly in the private outdoor car park (1 vehicle, all types).
    - Nearest train station: Calvi, around 20 minutes away by car, and the train stop serving the entire coast, including Calvi and Ile Rousse, which is a 15-minute walk away.
    - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, about 18 minutes' drive away.

Giardinu di Luce "Wir haben die Unterkunft geliebt und auch den Ort. Der tägliche Meerblick und Sonnenaufgang ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein und sehr modern (exakt wie auf den Bildern). Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir waren mit kleinem Baby verreist und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einziger Minuspunkt: wir haben selbst noch mal alles geputzt nach unserer Ankunft, da die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber war und den Müll mussten wir immer im Ort entsorgen, die Mülleimer vor dem Haus durften wir nicht benutzen. Man kann viel unternehmen und die Lage ist sehr gut!"

Giardinu di Luce "Casa nuova nel paesino di Sant'Ambrogio, il paesino di per se non offre molto, è quasi esclusivamente residenziale, praticamente ha un bar, una boulangerie, un negozietto che vende giornali e altre piccole cose, spiaggia vicino al porticciolo di Sant'Ambrogio dove non sono ammessi i cani. La casa di recente costruzione è ancora da terminare in alcuni dettagli (giardino lo stavano mettendo a posto adesso), è pulita, ordinata, cucina molto attrezzata, ottima sistemazione per chi come noi aveva un neonato e un cane. Responsabile di check-in e check-out molto disponibile, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il wi-fi e si è attivata subito e nel giro di poco avevamo risolto! Disponibile anche negli orari per quello che le è stato possibile."
