Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try have us come back again…"

"Excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Right near the train and bus complex. Easy walking to the great restaurants and shops in Leuven. Very safe area. The train is 15 minutes to Brussels airport. So convenient. Have stayed at the Royale three times so far. Excellent. Nice breakfast buffet. Restaurant on premises. "
