Nice hotel if you do not need the reception.

Good hotel, absent reception. I did not manage to phone them and I tried many times. Left messages to call back but no reply.

Wouldnt come again

We booked a junior suite and it was very dirty upon checkin. Stains on walls, dirt on floors. Condition was also appalling and there was no hot water on second morning. No cleaning or tidying up was done during our stay. Restaurant downstairs has very poor service level with grumpy staff.

Internett was very bad. Not possible to work or see tv. Pay parking as guest is bad. Expensive compare to what you get. i stayed here first time 15 years ago. Not anymore

Parking is a bit of a problem. Guests for the park do also park here and therefore parking can be a problem. Our room is good enough, but window can’t close fully and shower leaves water into the living floor.

The hotel staff advised we could park for free by their lake but neglected to tell us that there was a marathon the next morning on their property /our cars got told away and had to pay £200 to get them back!! After 2 hours going to police station/recovery and On complaining to Reception they admitted should have put sign up there to warn all guests, they had told some people but not us and we don’t speak to the language/ understand the signs so disgusting and management are ignoring my complaint emails with receipts showing fines!

We had early acces to our room, which was good. But there was dust all alongside the walls. The bed was not steady enough, very soft matras. Also, someone from the reception walked into our room while we were in it. Without knocking! Very unprofessional. There were reddish stains on the bed linnen. After mentioning this to the front desk, we said we will not come back again. And the response was, well I think we tried our best. Only apologies, no resolutions to help solve the problem or to try have us come back again…

Stayed for 2 nights, Friday & Saturday - there was a wedding reception in the hotel on the Sat night meaning that other paying guests had to listen to loud music until 3am and loud guests returning to their rooms shouting in hallways and moving furniture in rooms (which you can hear through the walls) well after 3am. After trying to call reception for over an hour with no answer, I had to get out of bed to go downstairs to complain to the night manager Arno Raemdonck about the noise, but he only offered excuses and no solutions. I was later told by one of the barstaff that the wedding was hosted by the hotel owner and that they could not shut the music off because it was the owner's party! Absolutely NO consideration for paying guests. On top of this, when we arrived on Friday, the restaurant was closed with no advance notice to paying guests (and obviously closed Saturday as well). Saturday morning the cleaners were out in the hallways at 8am making loud noise to prepare the rooms for the wedding guests. When we asked for our room to be cleaned, the towels were taken away but not replaced, no coffee/creamer was replaced, and cleaning solution was left in the room. We asked for 2 additional pillows since the ones given were flat, but we were only given 1 (we were 2 guests). The air conditioning in the room didn't work. There was a strange mattress topper on the bed which kept coming out of the sheets (which had stains on). Decor is tired and needs redoing, do not stay here!!

Room was filthy, strong smell of urine in the toilet, thick dust everywhere, shower was dirty and mouldy. Bedding stunk of old sweat. Poor quality mattress and pillows had the worst sleep. Room was freezing small heated provided that was a fire risk. Had the most annoying locks on the room door which would start sounding loud alarms. Felt really understaffed.

Pour des raisons médicales liés à mon handicap du dos, j'avais réservé et demandé un grand lit et pas de twin beds. Malheureusement j'ai eu comme même un twin beds qui s'est complètement ouvert au milieu la nuit et je suis tombée avec tout mon poids sous le lit. QUELLE HORREUR. JE PEUX VOUS ENVOYER LES PHOTOS.

Uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Nette en ruime kamer die helaas moeilijk te koelen viel en bij openzetten van raam veel geluid vanaf terras. Toegangsdeuren naar kamers sluiten met veel kabaal. Twee liften, waarvan één buiten werking en de overblijvende lift relatief klein en erg traag. Leuk restaurant, prima kaart en uitstekend eten en service. Wel lang wachten bij drukte.

Eerste indruk in de lift was: verouderd en niet echt proper. Kamer gaf als eerst een positieve indruk qua grootte maar er was enkel een verplaatsbare airco die geen koelte gas. Resultaat was…een slechte nacht. Badkamer was prima en leuk dat het toilet apart is.
