"Stay was good"

"We had a red-eye flight and the host was willing to let us check in early. As luck would have it, our plane was diverted and we had to drive to Ohio for hours. We had some difficulting getting in, the door stuck and the keyless entry wouldn't work. There was alot of rain in the area, so that may have aided in the door swelling. There was an odor in the home, but not overbearing but our clothes did smell like it when we got home. The house cold down nicely, which was a huge plus and the shower...

"If you’re looking for a no fuss, no muss property to enjoy a peaceful stay, look no further! We enjoyed our time. We had one little hiccup, but the owners took care of us sufficiently! Would definitely stay here again."

"The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!"

"Perfect set up for men fishing for a week. As stated earlier, be cautions while trailering a boat as the road is tight and twisty, any boat over 20' might have to rethink the location. The turnaround driveway could use some gravel. Overall, a good place for men to hang their hats for a night or more."

"Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture"

"David and Erika were excellent hosts in every way. Erika greeted us when we arrived and Dave was concerned and offered his assistance in multiple ways, far exceeding expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was filled with snacks, the fridge stocked and all other essentials were more than ample. This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years."

"A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. We would absolutely stay again!"

"We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. "The 4 of us had a fantastic stay, the beds were so comfy, the location was great with everything you need close by, and parking was easy especially since the driveway was recently paved. We were lucky to find the home available and were super happy with our stay. Communication was also really great! Would recommend!!"
