"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Zimmern (401 und 414). Im Hotel herrscht eine gute Atmospfæhre und die Lage im Zentrum ist einzigartig gut. Das einchecken war schnell voellig problemlos. Das Fruehstuek ist sehr reichhaltig und alles essbares hat eine gute und schmackhafte Kvalitet. Es war auch erleichternd, das wir unser Auto beim Hotel parken konnten. Wir können das DOMERO Hotel Altes Kaufhaus bestens empfehlen"

"Travelling alone with a heavy bag, I appreciated the proximity by foot to the train station, though it was tucked away in its own space and greeney and had no noise, traffic, bad air or sketchy characters: a safe, clean, quiet harbor with easy access to town (just on other side of canal and river - a few hundred yards). Very clean, modern functional decor. Good windows, but also AC that you could turn on/off or adjust! I don't overuse at all, but what a relief after trekking around town for hours on a hot+humid day [n.b. Lueneburg is made out of brick - the older architecture is 'brick Gothic' - it doesn't cool off quickly as the sun goes down! Breakfast area was very nice as was the breakfast (though no hot foods, - fine by me). No other amenities or areas, aside from a few seats by entrance. A friendly and efficient, well-located place to stay."

"Wir waren 12 Nächte in dem idyllisch gelegenen Gartenhaus. Es ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben sogar nach Anreise direkt einen Ventilator bekommen, weil es in der Woche so heiß war. Das Haus liegt in einem schönen naturbelassenen Garten mit Teich und hat einen eigenen Strandkorb mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen direkt vor der Tür. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof und in der Altstadt mit vielen leckeren Restaurants und Cafes. Für vegane Reisende können wir den Imbiss "Loving Hut" und das Restaurant "La Taverna" empfehlen. Veganes Softeis gibt es bei "Anna's Cafe". Im Prinzip ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, auch Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf und der Kreidebergsee zum Entspannen. Kurzum wir haben uns in Lüneburg sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Familie Wartemann für die schöne Zeit."
