"Really interesting esthetic. Rooms are amazing and staff was very helpful. If you are in your room be sure to light "Do Not Disturb" or they will ring you fairly frequently to check if you need anything. No complaints at all."

"I had a great stay at Sapa Yen. The hotel is a great escape from the hustle of bustle of the main tourist area at Sapa station. The staff and their service are excellent. I had the room with the Mountainview overlooking the railroad to Fansipan. I will stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!"
