"Staff turned off the power so no AC. They "called the manager" but it took hours. Lots of people doing nothing. Very dirty. Very little food on breakfast table. Sometimes no water (always cold water), bad internet connection and only in hall when power, no kettle, no air port shuttle. At night a sleeping man on the couch and doors open and unlocked"

We got a good nights sleep as the beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The food in the restaurant was also excellent."

Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. "The entire experience was simple and convenient. The owner was responsive and the local team was receptive and accessible. I even enjoyed getting out to walk in through early mornings. Having services close because of the nearby market was a definite plus. If my need permits for this area in the future, I would definitely stay here."
