I like the service, location and cleanness of the place. The staff helped me arrange transportation in the morning and the driver came on time. I am very grateful for everything. Sincerely, Beth

Great staff. Best airport transfer of trip. Not over-crowded. Shiva is great if you like dogs.

Unique and Luxury rooms in Freetown The Lead hotel is very well located in the heart of Aberdeen, Freetown, overlooking the Atlantic ocean and walking distance from Lumley beach. Decent size TV s and ample space for clothes storage, high speed internet. The usual coffee and tea making facilities along with iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also to be found in...

My arrival was bit problematic but the manager of the hotel is one of the best managers I’ve ever met, he dressed my concerns and personal stop my room to make everything was taken care of

Impressed and thoroughly satisfied with service provided and attention given to details and personal needs of guests. The front desk management and staff were very helpful and polite, and willing to go the extra mile to make me as their guest comfortable and satisfied. I also found the premises well secured and the surroundings safe; guarantied supply of electricity and water; and adequate staff complement to ensure that the hotel remains clean and spotless at all times and that things work...

The room was very clean the hosts were warm and friendly the shower situation was marginal and the pillows were too hig and hard to be comfortable. The overallstay wascom.

The room was clean and spacious and quiet. And it's sea view was fantastic. The staffs are friendly and courteous and ready to help. I and my wife were greatly satisfied with this apartment style hotel during 4days stay. We will use this place again when we visit Freetown.

Nice, quiet location; very friendly and helpful staff; clean rooms; affordable restaurant with great food. Complimentary pickup from Aberdeen Sea Coach terminal also appreciated.

The Metro Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with several restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for both dining and exploring the area. For the price point, the Metro Hotel offers excellent value and is a solid option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Everything is wonderful. The staff is very courteous and very helpful. The rooms are very clean. It was an enjoyable quiet experience.

The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it.
