距離羅東車站走路只要5分鐘，而且對面的對面的停車場有配合免費停車，而且民宿老闆非常有耐心，雖然民宿外觀比較老舊，但是房間內裝卻很新並且乾淨舒適，床很好睡，下次還會回訪。

整體而言都很滿意，但可能在主要道路旁隔音稍微差一點，不過離羅東車站超級近，走路去羅東夜市也不用5分鐘，地理位置相當好！對面就有停車場，開車不用怕沒地方停車

地方算乾淨及地方大，住宅式的房間，有水及小食供應，可惜近馬路，多車比較噪(怕噪的朋友留意)，沒有洗衣機，要行樓梯(行李不便上落)。
