団体客が食堂で夜遅くまでかなりうるさく迷惑でした。部屋の防音は機能しておらず、かなり困りました。 スタッフは常駐してるにも関わらず何も注意せず放置していました。 こちらから苦情を入れてやっとスタッフが動きました。 例えば22時以降は食堂を使えなくするなど、工夫が必要です。

位置離羅東火車站不遠，大約走路十分鐘，離羅東也是也是差不多的距離，但那區有遊藝場ktv等等。 熱水不熱，只有溫溫的。 早餐很一般。 房間算整潔乾淨，設備算是新的。 沒有腳踏車出借。

大樓其中一層，樓下是百家樂，樓上有其他間商旅，電梯是共用的，配合停車場步行約4-5分鐘，櫃檯人員親切友善，房間偏小，但五臟俱全，牙刷及刮鬍刀等拋棄式備品需要跟櫃檯拿，客房內清潔乾淨，電視可自行接HDMI觀看，躺在床鋪的可以感覺到彈簧觸感，但棉被及枕頭很舒服，空調也很安靜，但隔音真的不好，關門聲及喧譁聲很容易聽的見，晚間時不時會聞到煙味，但一下就消失，廁所衛生紙架位置很奇怪，不好拿取，整體環境乾淨，離羅東夜市也近，整體不錯，可能考慮再來。
