"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls. "It was a pleasure staying at 7Fridays Westlake. Location Is amazing and the staff were great. Bunks were comfortable and I loved the curtains on each bunk that provided privacy. They also provide secure lockers which was great!"

"Nice place to stay in Hanoi. Especially the lady of the reception with short hair is great. Owner Jimmy is nice as well. He organises free cookingclasses (springrolls)free beer, where you can easily make contact with other backpackers. Clean towels, free drinking water, good breakfast"
