I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. The hotel is modern with clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is in a quiet location. The staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

We had SUCH A GREAT TIME at this hotel. 10/10 times, we would go back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel. From the relentlessly phenomenal service, communication, and hospitality to the great food options inside and outside the hotel. Everything was top notch and each person who worked at the hotel ALWAYS had a smile on their face and happy to help. This is the most genuine hotel we have ever stayed at to date and loved our experience!

Step off the street hustle & bustle into quiet serenity. Very friendly staff who make you feel personally welcome to be there. Clean and well maintained & excellent location. Breakfast on the roof is an unexpected treat for the view of the city. Un-rushed atmosphere in the spa & a relaxing and warm pool to unwind in after a massage.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. Clean room and friendly staffs, and great Korean restaurants around, It located right next to the school and you will hear music/noise in the morning. The hotel features clean rooms and friendly staff who welcomes. There are also excellent Korean restaurants right around the corner. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located right next to a school, so you will hear music and noise in the morning. It wasn't an issue for us, but early morning sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

The hotel is new and beautiful, with plenty of amenities and a delicious breakfast.

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.!
