"Broken down car in the car park is only vehicle there. Doors open but no staff. Have to go several hundred metres to ibis budget to register. Poorly maintained and unsafe feeling area not helped by signs pointing out that the car park is not secured "

That caused some confusion especially as the man at checkout kept referring to our Expedia booking - I know Hotels.com is part to Expedia...
