"Local excelente, limpo e muito confortável, porém foi reservado para 4 clientes e tinha apenas 2 toalhas de banho e não havia roupa de cama para o sofá cama. Um edredon e sem fronhas para os travesseiros, na verdade havia somente 1 travesseiro e nem lençol para forrar. Para a cama de casal a roupa de cama estava completa. Deixaram de cortesia 2 cápsulas de café, sendo que éramos 4 pessoas. Falhou na comunicação e no material necessário para a estadia ser mais positiva."

"We stayed four nights. There were shops close by for both grocery and pharmacy. We got parking in the street. Unless you are driving a very small car like a micro SMART car, don’t bother with the garage. It is impossible to maneuver into the spot. This hotel goes well beyond that…not only are they kind and welcoming; they are proud of their facility, they are VERY responsive, and are quick to fulfill any need you have. It was an absolutely OUTSTANDING stay. We will return. Thank you all for such an amazing experience and for providing a fabulous end to our trip!"

"This was a pretty hotel and the front staff was so polite and helpful. They gave us 2 free glasses of wine upon arrival! The room had a nice terrace, and everything was comfy and clean. I recommend the shower have a bathmat or an anti-slip surface for safety. But they did offer slippers, at least. I don’t like how there are 2 master light switches that turn off all the lights. It was easy to hit by mistake and accidentally turn off all the lights. But aside from that, it was a lovely stay in a quiet area"

"As someone who drew up in the Hotel industry, as my father was a GM. And then spent 25 years in region sales. I have well over 10 years of my life staying in living in a hotel. That’s impossible for anyone to relate to. And that’s not a flex that’s just a reflection of my childhood and career. And in that entire time? I have never met a more accommodating understanding and wonderful staff as I did at the Jaguar Hotel in Porto Portugal. The first night was amazing, then I checked out, went to my Airbnb. The biggest mistake I made? Checking out! I am beyond grateful that the staff and management were able to accommodate an emergency reservation for eight additional days at the last moment possible. If you need a hotel in Porto Portugal? This is the only option I would ever recommend as long as I live."
