"Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely. Small but perfect for our day trip to Lausanne and Lake Geneva, which is why we selected this hotel between the higher priced hotels in the cities (Geneva and Lausanne). "Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"The location was wonderful … close to “town,” wonderful bakery (Le Grenier Al’Pain), right next to Lac de Vonnes, beautiful views from the balcony. The pool was a nice treat, with the wonderful additions of a dry sauna and a steam room. Communication with the owner, Daniel, was excellent … he was available to help me check-in and to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.
