Great communication, check in desk was awesome & helpful, clean room, coffee maker easy to use, bathroom products were perfect, bed was co compfy, great deck and view. My only struggle was the tv, I dont have great technology skills and could'nt figure how to set it up.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The surrounding nature is stunning, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our stay truly special. We especially appreciated how quiet and serene everything was — a perfect place to unwind and recharge. The overall experience felt very welcoming and well cared for. We had such a great stay at Eagle Ridge Resort! The location was easily my favorite part, it truly feels like the adventure starts right outside your door. We were able to wake up for a beautiful morning sunrise and head straight onto the onsite trails to explore the forest. Being right at Lutsen Mountains also made it incredibly convenient to take the gondola up and experience some of the most amazing views of the North Shore. I also loved having a full kitchen and private bedrooms, which made the space feel much more like a home base than a typical hotel room and would be especially great for a longer stay. The little shop near guest check-in was adorable, and do not sleep on the ice cream, it was surprisingly SO good! If you’re looking for a place where you can relax while still having hiking, incredible scenery, and North Shore adventures right outside your door, I would absolutely recommend Eagle Ridge.
