"Bathroom surfaces were not all cleaned. The soap dispenser had dust and hair on it. No sun blind/net curtains for privacy from views. Drapes were not block out, hard to sleep after a long haul flight with sun streaming through. No fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. However, I liked the property, staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, nice bed. "

"At the time when we booked this hotel it had a pool available. Unfortunately they closed the pool (permanently) in the meantime! Otherwise we had a pleasant stay in a convenient location to explore the city."

"Although a good budget business hotel - there was an issue with the heating - and the rooms very hot with no cooler fresh air - sleep quality was horrible as a result. Bed and pillows comfy - shower had great pressure for long hair, cool little Self serve snack bar was good."

There is essentially little to no service, the room are designed to be on Instagram but not to sleep in them… For the same price one can get substantially higher quality rooms elsewhere in Hamburg/St Pauli, or equivalent quality/service for half the price.
