The location is phenomenal, the beach is gorgeous, the neighborhood is very nice. Quick drive distance to stores and restaurants. Every person in our group LOVED their time there. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Town Place Suites in Grafton. We were in the area to visit Cedarburg and this was a much more reasonable option and Uber was available. Clean, friendly staff. I think the front desk agent may have been training or he just had a brain freeze. When checking in, I presented my ID. However, I never signed a registration card or gave any vehicle info or was confirmed my room type and # of nights I was staying. The next day, I asked for a second key and simply provided my room #. No confirmation of my name or anything. This definitely wouldn't stop us from returning, like I said the agent may have been training or having an off day. 5 star stay all the way. Thank you."
