"Accommodation was fine, on arrival the guy who was on reception seemed unwilling to give any information, we (4) were on motorcycles, very obviously, however, despite there being a garage available he didnt mention it. another guest told us there’s was a garage, so we had to get the info off him, same situation with the control unit for the windows/blinds. By contrast, the young lady on reception the following morning couldn’t have been more helpful."

"Everything was good. Communication and facilities were good. The swimming place was too good!. The only issue we faced was the instant heater in the bathroom, getting stable hot water was a huge problem. The instant water heater situation needs to be improved"

"We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. "Lots of parking. We arrived before check in opened but were able to leave our car while we visited the city. The bus stops right outside the hotel and, like all public transport in Luxembourg, it’s free. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The weather was good, so we were able to sit out on the very pleasant terrace for a drink. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is used for conferences and coach tours, so there may be a wait at reception at times."
