Ahmed the hotel manager could not do enough for us. Everything we requested was no problem. He sent us a tour guide Mo who was excellent he was passionate about his home town Luxor and was very knowledgeable. Budget hotel with excellent staff. Would definitely recommend.

I don’t understand why they don’t bring out your included breakfast all at once instead of doing it like it is a three course meal with the omelet as the last course. Staff need better customer service training instead of looking at “guest” like an ATM by certain staff. After giving out all tips with the head guy, this guy came back to ask for more once the head staff leaves. Said “need more tips for the chef.” No sleep to my last night of stay ( Thursday) as the roof top music is loud and did not stop till 1:30 am. Upon arrival they called another guy to make you sign up to their jack-up price tours but it does gives you the convenience and not to be hustle by the outside taxi operators or tour operators. Need to put a hot kettle in the room at least for access to hot drinks for those who needs it. Just FYI

Helpful staff and convenient location

I really appreciated the staff of this hotel, who were extremely helpful. In particular, I want to thank Kareem for his help with arranging a tour for me to the antiquities and also for his patience and help on my final night when it looked as if I might have a problem with my flight back from Luxor and I had to make contact with an Egyptair office late at night. The restaurant staff were also friendly - and the food was delicious, with very generous portions. From the restaurant there is a nice view out over the Nile and it is only a short boat ride across the river to reach Karnak temple. I was also grateful for the very pleasant driver whom the hotel found for me, to take me to the Valley of the Kings and other places, and also to go back to the airport. He arrived very punctually and was willing to wait for me patiently if needed. In all, this was a great place to stay in Luxor because of the kindness and friendliness of the staff and their contacts.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all’Hotel El Mesala e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione è eccellente, comoda per visitare la zona e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con il sorriso. La vista dal ristorante sul rooftop è semplicemente meravigliosa e anche dalla camera si gode di un panorama bellissimo che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un’esperienza positiva che consigliamo volentieri!

Hôtel très bien placé Personnel pas très agréable Comme par hasard on a mangé au restaurant de l hôtel et le moniteur de carte bleue ne fonctionnait pas on nous a demandé un paiement cash. Ca nous a coûté cher en commission à la borne ATM au pieds de l hôtel, pour 20 euros nous avons été prélevés 25,6 euros.resultat 5.6 euros de frais et pourtant nous n avons pas de frais de carte à l étranger Personnellement je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel vis à vis de leur pratique

Der Tempel von Luxor bei Nacht

Super Aufenthalt, gute Kommunikation. Osama ist ein guter Gastgeber und kann entsprechend bei der Gestaltung des Aufenthalts unterstützen. Das Hotel ist gleich an der Anlegestelle gelegen. Mit einem herzlichen Blick auf den Tempel von Luxor.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel du 23 au 25 avril 2024. La préparation du séjour s'est fait via Expedia, puis en discussion directement avec l'établissement sur WhatsApp. L'hôtel nous a préparé les excursions que nous souhaitions faire, mais aussi la prise en charge à l'arrivée de notre Go-Bus en provenance d'Hurgfada, et le transfert vers notre prochaine étape, Assouan. De la prise en charge, aux visites avec chauffeur, et guide Francophone, des petits déjeuners aux dîners, jusqu'à notre départ, tout a été impeccable. On s'entend bien, si vous venez chercher ici un hôtel 4* au standard européen, ce n'est pas l'idée. L'hôtel est de taille raisonnable, notre appartement pour 4 était très grand, bien équipé, la literie est correcte (un peu ferme mais cela nous convient). Me petit déj a base de pain local, beurre, confiture, café, thé, une omelette par personne, du fromage, des légumes,.... Pour les repas, nous avons privilégié la cuisine locale, goûteuse, bien préparé, en bonne quantité. Nous avons tenté des spaghettis bolognaise, qui sont tout a fait délicieux, des pizzas , qui sont plus proche d'une tarte que d'une pizza comme nous en avons l'habitude, mais c'est fait maison, ça a du goût, ça passe très bien. Une glace pour finir, et le tour est joué. Tout cela avec une vue sur le Nil, juste en face du temple de Louxor! Nous avons également profité de la piscine, à l'ombre a partir de 15h, ça fait du bien. Le personnel est attentif, disponible, toujours de bonne humeur,

Sia la posizione sia la struttura sono ottimali, un eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Servizio presente e cordiale, colazione un po’ lenta ma fatta al momento, piscina utilissima per il relax post visite. L’unico punto da segnalare è la connessione Wi-Fi: peccato che una struttura così valida pecchi su questo aspetto. La connessione va e viene, si interrompe e si ripristina improvvisamente. Nulla cambia sul mio giudizio ma suggerisco ai ragazzi che gestiscono l’albergo di mettere in agenda il miglioramento della connessione Wi-Fi.

Personnel sympa. La vue du nile est magnifique. L appel à la prière du matin avec la résonance du nile rivière du Paradis est juste magique. Pour des clients français je l’ai trouvé très basique. A louxor il vaut mieux payer plus cher et avoir un meilleur standing. Hormis ça ils sont sympathiques vraiment. Avis Sincère
