Excellent stay. Very clean, friendly staff, amazing sunset view, good drinks and food. I even received a complimentary cake on my birthday 🙂. The only thing that could be better are the pillows (too bulky for me). Would stay again.

The view of the Nile is amazing and having it just by the side of the pool is also a nice touch. In the evening there is a nice ambiance with little tables and carpets scattered near the river. The breakfast wasn't exceptional but it wasn't disastrous either. The staff went out of their way to give my partner and I a room with a single queen bed instead of our booked double single bed bedroom and also pitched in a free breakfast. Overall, our best stay in Egypt after visiting 3 different locations.

Rooms are dated, but clean. Location on the Nile is very nice and breakfast is very good. Staff are too pushy with tipping, making the stay unpleasant. Taxi drivers outside the hotel are also very pushy, making it difficult to sometimes leave the hotel.

The front desk staff, particularly Ms. Magda, provided an exceptional and highly professional welcome. The accommodations, though standard, included a very comfortable bed and pillows, and presented a stunning view of the Nile. The pool area offered a remarkably relaxing environment, enhanced by impressive landscaping. The breakfast buffet merits a five-star rating.
