Beautiful period building dating back to 1800. Jane Austen stayed here in 1803, writing her first draft of Pursuasion. Set in a central location and a two minute walk from the beach. Ground floor entrance with stairs to first floor. Lounge with sofa-bed, kitchen area, separate shower room with toilet. Storage for coats and shoes. Excellent condition. Feature window seat. Lyme Regis is known as the pearl of Dorset.
