Welcome to the Dorchester- the still point in a moving world. This apartment is in a prime downtown location within walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and shops. We`ve tried to think of everything you need while eliminating anything you don`t-- from a dining table that converts to a pool table or a ping-pong table, to two King sized beds, our hope is that this space is exactly what you need for your stay in Lynchburg.

ENTRANCE: This is an upstairs apartment with one apartment below it. You`ll enter the shared foyer with a customized code, then enter the code again to access your apartment.

OPEN CONCEPT KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING:
-The living room features a sectional, leather chair, and 50` smartTV with wifi.
-The spacious dining table has a top that can be removed to reveal a pool table underneath, or flip the top over and you have a ping pong table.
-The quartz island has 4 barstools for additional seating
-Kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher
-Pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided for you
-Ninja coffee maker with coffee and tea provided for you.

-A king sized bed with new memory foam mattress
-Dresser and walk-in closet
-Full length mirror
-Attached newly remodeled bathroom

BEDROOM 2
-King sized bed with new memory foam mattress

-Desk

This is downtown Lynchburg, so Uber, Lyft, and electric scooters are available.

Please note: There is another apartment directly beneath this one that`s also rented on Airbnb. Send us a message if you would like to rent both!
We ask that you are considerate of your noise levels for the people below and we provide an Echo speaker in both units so that you can play music to tune out any noise you may hear from other guests.

**We welcome all guests, including those with service animals, in full compliance with the ADA and Virginia Fair Housing Law.

Service animals are always allowed and never charged a fee.

We may ask only the two standard ADA questions:

Is the animal required because of a disability?

What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
