We were on a very tight timeline and asked Katelyn for an early check in. Once she found out it was for my son's graduation, she knew this was an important milestone and did her best to accomodate us. She was so helpful and friendly. I made a point to stop by and meet her in person to say thank you. She is a rockstar!"

"The restaurant was closed due to renovations, and we had to pay an extra $150.00 to leave our car for a week, and I thought we had the sleep park and fly package. Room was excellent, and staff were excellent as well."

"A big thank you to Cesar who promptly answered one question I had during our stay! The house is charming, with appropriate Salem-esque accents throughout. A 5 min drive into downtown Salem made for the perfect location. Mornings made easy with a 3 min walk to Starbucks or dunkin. Everything was wonderful and thank you again Cesar "
