Motels in Lyon County

I was arriving later than expected on a cold night. I called ahead to see if they would turn on the heater in my cabin. They did. :)

Quiet and close to stores & hospital

Room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Customer service was excellent. The ease of the PIN code for the door and the text updates were helpful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!!!

PET FRIENDLY!!!! Due to our cat being recently diagnosed with diabetes, we have to take her everywhere we go now and discovered The Sugarloaf is actually pet friendly. It was our first time staying here however we felt like we have known them for years. The owners were so welcoming and caring and we got to meet the team member that has been there the longest not to mention the cutest, a kitty named Smokey and she was absolutely amazing. It’s such a cute little place. We went the weekend before...

From the outside looks like a run down hotel until you get into the room very nice. Very family oriented. Pool & Gaming area’s. Nice that there is access to the Lake Shore.

The Bbq’s and Black Stone are a nice touch. Our family cooks outside for all meals. The picnic tables under the big shady tree is so pleasant

The staff were kind, helpful and truly on top of things. I was in the valley the weekend of the Genoa cowboy festival and it was just a hop, skip and a jump down the road. It's close to shops and convenience stores, for those just-in-case items! The best Mexican food place in the town, Francisco's, is less than a mile north along the highway. It was just a lovely time!

This is the cleanest and nicest Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in!! I am so impressed with the amenities that this motel has that other upper tier Hotels in this area can’t compare to. I’ll be staying here frequently and enjoying the beautiful pool while it’s hot outside!!

Asked for a handicap room. The room was nice and clean. The walk in shower was nice but needed a removable shower head to reach the shower chair.

I don't usually review accommodations, but The Ruby Inn was really special. The owners were so helpful and friendly, the whole place so well-loved and attended, it was a treat to be able to stay there while coming and going from a backpack trip in the Hoover Wilderness. We especially enjoyed a soak in the large hot tub. I really look forward to returning to this lovely motel and wonderful small town!

Quiet and comfortable room.

Clean, renovated, comfortable. uWave, refrig., large flatscreen Tv. Two queen beds, love seat, table and chairs, small desk. What else could you want?
