You're sure to enjoy your stay in this well-appointed 15 m² studio equipped with a folding double bed, HD TV, a small fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and table for 2, and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.
You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).
Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Rules for the proper use of our apartments
These rules are an integral part of your booking conditions and must be respected in order to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
Upon arrival:
As soon as you enter the apartment, please report any malfunctions or anomalies you may notice.
Respect for the property and the neighborhood:
We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to:
Respect the residential environment:
Comply with the building's internal regulations.
Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Energy savings:
Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment.
Keep the apartment in good condition:
When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:
We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:
Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance.
Internet outages attributable to the provider or network degradation, whether inside or outside the building.
Strictly prohibited:
Smoking: strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly prohibited, under penalty of legal action.
Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for service.
Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted.
Modification or alteration prohibited: Any modification to the layout of the apartment, paintwork, furniture, decoration, or any movable or immovable element of the apartment is prohibited.
Events and parties: strictly prohibited.
Animals (pets or otherwise): strictly prohibited.
Tenant responsibility:
You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during your stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged at cost.
Any modification or alteration to the premises is prohibited and will result in repair costs.
You must be covered by rental liability insurance, including theft, fire, water damage, and neighbors' claims.
