"Great property with loads of space - lovely and clean (especially needing, towels and bathrooms). Would be even better if kitchen had more equipment/number of cups and bowls to cater for a group of 6. Also, the single bedroom without any curtain or blind, lightbulbs with no lamps and no locks on bathrooms made it feel a little unfinished. "We stayed for business and booked on the basis that it was easy to reach from the M4 and we could eat and have an early night as we had an early start the following morning. Your website clearly shows a bar and restaurant, but the owner informed us on arrival that both were now permanently closed. This meant finding another place to eat and a few mile drive, not what we wanted having driven for 4 hours that day. The owner was great, but is in the process of trying to sell the property due to personal circumstances, so it has the feel of being run at minimum level. But we were offered a cooked breakfast that was great."
