"A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay"

"This was a very cool 15th century building, and you can tell: low doorways, sloped floors, ancient doors-- it's all there. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the shared parlor was a bonus. But, if you just want to bask in history, this is the place to stay. And, as an extra treat, the front of the building was featured in Harry Potter 5. We loved it! "
