"You have to stay here!! The care for details is perfect. The back garden is beautiful, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a break. Each room has been designed uniquely, and the small touches of hospitality are amazing. All staff welcoming and grow the spirit of your stay. Incomparably more enjoyable than a generic chain, absolutely stay here!"

"We stayed for a weekend. Upon arrival, we got checked in. Got to our room, the key wouldn't work. Husband took the key to the front desk (we stayed and waited in the hallway with our luggage). Front desk person told him to give him a min to check others in. Husband told him to just come up when he was done. He didn't want to leave us alone in the hallway (me and 2 children). We waited about 10 min. Husband had to go back down to get him. He was sitting on the counter top on his phone. He came up with a drill. Did some drilling on the card entry and we eventually got in. We had to ask for more towels. There was no soap in the bathroom or trash can. The tub had hair in it. There was a red stain on the floor. A set of blinds didn't work. After we left, noticed a larger than expected charge to my card for parking. We were charged extra for an "oversized vehicle" of which we weren't told. Overall, this hotel needs some serious updates. We won't be staying at this location again. "

"There were bugs on a wall. The manager was aggressive but was nice when I left early I only stayed for about 2 hours and I had to leave I had paid for two nights I didn't ask for a refund I had already known that he would not give me one but the conditions are not good"

"Yes very fresh, and delicious. The staff was very friendly. "

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "

"It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip."

"The property was neutral in its current condition and location. The so called breakfast includes only a Honey Bun and coffee, the hold on your credit card can exceed 7 to 10 days. Definitely much better Overall hotels in the area for the price point"
