"S’ekar Pinang is a wonderful place. It’s located in a more quiet remote area, while at the same time being only about a 10 min drive away from the very popular Pantai Cenang. The facilities (pool, aircon, rooms, living area etc )were of high quality and very inviting. The personnel (Wan and crew) at the place did everything in their power to make sure we had a great stay and were very flexible and willing to personalise. Absolute recommend!"

"The room was clean and having your own pool is definitely worth it. The staff was friendly and was always available when you need anything. Location was great - close to the airport and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. "

The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel. "

"Pros: Friendly staff, big rooms, spacious and very clean and affordable. Cons:There are a lot of mosquitos in the room so make sure to bring mosquito spray. Also, the bed is very very hard. All in all it is a good clean option for the price."

"At first the property seemed to be in a strange location (behind a car park) but we came to appreciate the calm quiet area. Close enough to the beach for a quick stroll down and far enough away you won’t be disturbed when the town comes to life at night! We loved the pool. Very clean throughout. No breakfast available sadly. "
