Every morning, waking up to such picturesque scenery was a delight, making it a perfect getaway for those seeking relaxation. However, my experience took a downturn at the rooftop lounge. While the ambiance is inviting and the views are undeniably fantastic, the service I received was disappointing. During my visit, the staff at the lounge seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. I felt mistreated as a guest, as my requests for service were repeatedly overlooked. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful space was marred by poor service, as it left a negative impression on my stay. Overall, while The View Hotel itself is a remarkable place to stay, I would recommend caution regarding the rooftop lounge. A kind reminder that all guests deserve respect and attentiveness can greatly enhance what is otherwise a wonderful hotel experience."
