"Huge, beautifully decorated room that looked out over the square and cathedral. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the basement with Roman ruins was cool. Great location, easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved everything about the hotel."

"We booked here for a 3 week stay, and the staff at reception was super helpful when we needed their assistance. The maintenance staff were also very efficient and friendly. The resort was well maintained and everything was in good repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, we had a great stay!"

"Pros: Beautiful hotel with a beautiful outdoor green area. The staff is very friendly. Great breakfast. If you are looking for a Dutch experience, rent a bike and cycle to Maastricht centrum. Free parking. Cons: the room is not clean every day. If a re ting a bike, check the tires and lights work before going away. Overall good experience staying at this hotel."
