"Lovely site but quick turnover of vans can disturb your holiday. Noisy kids left unattended run riot at night while parents disappear. This is not the sites fault but a little upsetting went you love children.."

"The property was excellant and clean. Modern, up to date and comfortable facilities throughout. Location ideal for surrounding areas ie Sutton on Sea and Skegness. Lovely place to stay. "

"A family of 5, we were given a very small 2 bed caravan, 1 double 1 twin room The third bed was in the seating area which was broken. The bed was stuck as someone had bent the metal bars so we couldn’t use it. My daughter had to sleep on a made up bed on the floor as the park was ‘full’ and nothing else was available. The caravan was lacking basic equipment, no frying pan or tin opener (it states fully equipped) and parts of the caravan had holes in the wall The park facilities aren’t great, no arcade for the kids or swimming pool. The clubhouse is tiny and the outdoor play area is very basic and small I’d say the park is more centred towards owners and the older generation and there isn’t much to entertain children The positive was the location. Short 10 minute walk to Mablethorpe front and the beach which is lovely and has plenty to do. Overall I wouldn’t go back. If you’re looking for a family break you’ll be disappointed with this one "

"We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch."

"If I had not been down a few weeks prior to our stay and checked with reception about where to go to check in as we was arriving late we would not have known. I also had to email the day before about this as had had no email about check in This being said the caravan was as expected (very wobbly table by dining area), excellent area for us as we have family who live over the road at Seahaven Springs We will be booking againGranddaughter who is 6 said she had the best time ever, beach, paddling pool, arcades, donkey, ice cream but most importantly spending time with family "
